Background

Inspired by true events, Best Enemies explores girl friendships and the teen girl world and why girls can be so mean to each other - especially when they're friends.
BE_Postcard
Best Enemies tells the story of a teenage girl whose world is thrown into chaos when overnight her best friend becomes her "best enemy", leading to terrible consequences.

It shows how a teenage girl's life can so easily be thrown into despair and depression, through the actions of her friends and class mates to bully and mass communicate cruel information using MSN, SMS and community network web sites.

Best Enemies is now showing in schools across Australia and the film’s uniqueness comes from its ability to show the consequences from both the victim and bully’s perspective and this has really connected with young people.
